Reservation Policy

Thank you for booking your appointments ahead. This assists us to ensure we can maximise our time with you. We really look forward to your visit.

Once your appointment time is scheduled with us, we reserve the time for you. Unless an emergency occurs, we will retain your appointment as agreed. Any amendments due to staff leave we aim to advise you as far as ahead as we can.

We please ask that you do the same. Our Salon Policy for cancellations, or rescheduling is a minimum of 48 hours to allow us to fill the vacant slot with other waiting clients.

We have of late experienced an increase in “no shows and cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.”

Moving forward to address this issue we are introducing a reservation policy which will come into effect on 1st July 2022.

  • All bookings from this date will require an upfront booking reservation fee of 25% of the service value.

  • The 25% reservation fee will of course be deducted from your bill on the day of your service.

  • If you need to cancel or amend, provide you advise us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice your “reservation fee will move to the next booking or indeed be refunded if you do not at this time make a further booking.”

  • In cases where the salon policy of minimum 48 hours’ notice is not met by the client, unfortunately the fee will be forfeited.

We trust you understand the commercial reasons for this new policy. We understand that plans change, and we truly value your visits, and will always do our best to accommodate clients.
